Return Policy

All our remanufactured/compatible toner cartridges come with 90 days warranty. Contact us at support@computerbros.com (Include your order # and your full name) to obtain a RMA # Any return without RMA # will not be processed. Items must be in original product packaging. Product must be packaged in a box other than the manufacturers packing.

Defective Return

• Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable, except in the event of a packing error.
  
  
• If the product was damaged on arrival please contact UPS or USPS immediately for damage report. This will protect both supplier and consumer .we will exchange for you at no charge.
  
  
• Opened/defective laser toner cartridges may be returned within 90 days of the purchase for a replacement cartridge or a full refund of the purchase price
  
  
• If the order was placed incorrectly and the cartridges have been opened, we will not accept them back as they are no longer in sellable condition.
  
  
• What if I received a wrong product? Contact us first, we will email you a prepaid return label and when we receive the wrong product, we will exchange for you at no charge.
  
  
• Un-opened product : If you are returning the product (*Original box,seal must be intact ) within 30 days from the time of purchase,we will refund you at 85% of original price (not including shipping).If you are returning the product (*Original box,seal must be intact ) after 30 days from the time of purchase,we will refund you at 50% of original price (not including shipping). Please allow up to 5-7 business days for refund to be processed .There will be no returns or exchange on products after 90 days from the time of purchase.
  
  
• Refund will be processed within 2 days after we receive your return.Please allow 5-8 days to receive your credit.
